What is freeze drying?

Freeze drying is removing all the moisture from a product.  Lollies are frozen and then heated back up in a vacuum chamber.  This creates the light, airy and crunch texture you get in freeze dried lollies. They retain the original color of the lollies and often have a more intense flavour than the original. 

How should I store my freeze dried lollies?

Store your freeze dried treats in a cool, dark place and out of direct sunlight.  Ensure you seal your treats nice and tight to ensure they don't lose their crunch.  

How long do freeze dried lollies last?

If you don't eat them all at once (they are delicious) lollies can last for several months. However, for best taste and texture, we recommended you consume them within 2-3 months after opening the package.

What are the shipping options?

We offer flat rate and express post within Australia. 

How long will my order take?

It depends on where you are. Orders can take up to 5 - 7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How long before you send my lollies?

Our dispatch time is usually only a few days (1-5 days).

What is your refund and return policy?

As we only sell perishable goods, we are unable to accept returns for unwanted or change of mind purchases. 

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

If you are missing items, reach out and let us know!  However, sometimes parcels arrive damaged despite our best efforts at packing.  Once the parcels leave us we have no control on how the parcel is delivered.
